A statement on COVID-19
Along with the rest of the nation, we have been closely following the updates regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) over the last few weeks and as a result have made the difficult decision to cancel all tours in March, April and May. We are currently in the process of contacting all ticket-holders by telephone and email. Thank you to everyone we’ve spoken with so far for your understanding, support and kind words.
Ticket sales for tours taking place in June and beyond remain open for now and we will continue to review the situation as those tour dates approach. Should further cancellations be necessary, ticket-holders will be contacted by phone so we can re-book you onto a future tour, or provide you with a gift voucher. Validity of these will be extended beyond our usual 12 months to the end of our 2021 season.
We will provide further updates on this blog, on our email newsletter (please sign up below) and on our Facebook and Instagram accounts. We look forward to welcoming many of you on our tours when they can recommence in the Summer.
In the meantime, we encourage you to support your local independent food and drink producers - many of whom are offering home delivery services - to help them through this challenging period.
We hope that you, your family and friends stay safe and well during these unprecedented times.
